航空運(yùn)輸條件鑒別客戶須知
1.需要委托方提供樣品10 -20克/毫升（化工品）或零售包裝物品1件，特殊情況請(qǐng)?zhí)崆按_認(rèn)（如做自燃試驗(yàn)需要樣品1kg）；
2.委托方需盡可能提供該產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)詳細(xì)資料（產(chǎn)品說明、分析報(bào)告、MSDS等）；
3.詳細(xì)填寫《委托書》（下載），并簽字、蓋章，物質(zhì)名稱請(qǐng)盡量避免縮寫；
4.在資料、樣品齊全的情況下，普通服務(wù)兩個(gè)工作日取，加急5個(gè)工作小時(shí)?。?br /> 5.如客戶有任何變更，請(qǐng)與當(dāng)天書面通知受理人員；

Notice to customers for air transport condition identification
1. The client is required to provide 10-20 g / ml samples (chemicals) or 1 retail package. Please confirm in advance in case of special circumstances (1kg samples are required for self ignition test);
2. The entrusting party shall provide relevant detailed information (product description, analysis report, MSDS, etc.) of the product as far as possible;
3. Fill in the power of attorney (download) in detail, sign and seal, and avoid abbreviation as much as possible for the name of the substance;
4. In case of complete data and samples, the general service shall be taken in two working days and in five working hours as an emergency;
5. If there is any change to the customer, please inform the acceptance personnel in writing on the same day;
